How do you handle moisture in a basement?
It's the first thing we assess. Waterproofing, drainage, vapor management and proper insulation go in before any framing — so the finished space stays dry. We won't finish a basement we can't keep dry.
Do basements need permits and egress?
Yes — habitable basement rooms need proper egress and permits. We handle the egress design and all permitting with your city.
Can you add a bathroom in the basement?
Yes, including the plumbing and any pump system needed below grade. Handled in-house as one scope.
Are you licensed and insured?
