How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Refresh: 2-3 weeks on site. Mid-range: 4-6 weeks. Full custom with layout changes: 6-10 weeks. Design and permits add a few weeks before construction starts. We give you both dates in writing.
Do you handle waterproofing and permits?
Yes — all in-house. Waterproofing, slope, ventilation and framing all resolve before tile goes in, and we pull permits with your city. Done right the first time so you don't see problems in year three.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CSLB License #1045801. Bonded and insured. Verify in 30 seconds at cslb.ca.gov.
Can you remodel a small or guest bathroom?
Absolutely. Many of our foothill projects are guest and hall baths. The same architect-led process applies at any size.
